- Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
- Responsible for the conceptualization, planning, execution and delivery of high-quality, on-brand video and photo assets.
- Manages and supports both internal and external video and photo needs - from concept through post-production - ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget and with a high level of quality.
- Collaborates with internal and external clients on a daily basis, demonstrating industry best practices across all pre- and post-production activities, including proactive and frequent communications throughout all project phases.
- Manage all digital and physical media assets (video and photo) including: organization, tagging, distributing, archiving and storage (including all applicable sites).
- Properly secure and maintain all production equipment.
Persyaratan
- Bachelor’s degree in broadcasting/film, video production, communications or a related area.
- Significant experience/expertise in Final Cut Pro X, Avid, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator (and/or other professional editing software.)
- Ability to work with a variety of video, camera and audio equipment.
- Expertise in, and demonstrated experience producing professional grade photographs (including retouching, colour correcting, etc.)
- Knowledge of different video formats and video file conversions, and the ability to convert video files in multiple formats.
- Expert in video color correction, photo retouching, and sound mixing.
- Highly collaborative and organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive in intense, deadline-driven situations.
- Strong understanding of IP rights and copyrights with experience negotiating bids with stock images, music, and voiceover talent houses.
