  • Setting up new channel partners and overseeing the on-boarding process
  • Provides the direction and resources to optimize sales volume and to ensure partners have the maximum opportunity for successful collaboration
  • Ability to handle medium/large channels, including ability to enable continual growth of the business
  • Proposing, developing, and implementing the Modern Trade sales strategy & growth plans in line with business strategy
  • Develop the annual sales, distribution, promotion plan for Modern Trade channel
  • Pay attention to the channel market dynamics and evaluation of category sales strategies and programs to meet company objective
  • Identifies and approaches Modern Trade channel or strategic partners and sets short and long term channel strategies
  • Develop and implement sales and engagement strategies to achieve optimum channel coverage and growth market share
  • Responsible to negotiate the best trading term & budget spending in Modern Trade channel
  • Maintain communication with key account to ensure good relationship
  • Coordinating the development and acquisition process for POSM Implementation
  • Managing the execution monitoring (store/location level) by permanent presence in the market

Persyaratan


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree from any field
  • At least 3 years working experience in Modern-Trade Marketing, preferably from FMCG Industry
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Have strong networking/channel with Modern Market and able to maintain
  • Good communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Well organized and able to work with target
  • Able to think creatively, strong analytical thinking, trustworthy, responsible, hard working and detail oriented
  • Able to operate Ms. Office
