Tentang Pekerjaan
- Memimpin seluruh kegiatan operasional di Dairy Factory.
- Memastikan semua kegiatan operasional di factory berjalan sesuai dengan objective yang ditargetkan secara finansial maupun secara operasional.
- Implementasi hasil dari pengembangan produk baru (produk dairy dan turunannya) maupun yang sudah ada untuk meningkatkan nilai jual produk berdasarkan diversifikasi produk, pengembangan by product yang sudah dibuat oleh tim R&D dan memastikan standarisasi dan validasi proses operation di factory.
- Memastikan semua aktivitas factory dapat berjalan dengan baik dan dapat menghasilkan finished goods dengan kualitas terbaik.
- Berkoordinasi dan berkomunikasi dengan tim Commercial terkait schedule produksi sesuai dengan permintaan (Demand Planning) antara GGL Dairy (Great Giant Livestock) dan Sewu Primatama Indonesia.
- Mempersiapkan dan memonitor ekspansi factory, baik secara operasional maupun produk baru yang sudah dikembangkan oleh tim R&D.
Persyaratan
- Bachelor's Degree in related field;
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Dairy production or factory;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Domiciled or willing to relocate to Central Lampung.
