  • Develop ITN product (liquid biofertilizer) sales strategies in alignment with business objectives, including to strengthen channel performance (B2B Sales, and Sales to Government thru e-catalog program).
  • Tap and maintain strong customer relationship and improve ITN liquid biofertilizer presence and reputation in target regional market, through regular farmers meeting conducted in each regional area.
  • Strengthen strategy through analysis of industry trends, customers, and competitors to discover new opportunities for growth for all channel.
  • Monitor planning and implementation of demo plot area which uses ITN product to review its result and follow up action.
  • Manage collection activity to ensure timely AR collection from farmers according to term of payment agreement.
  • Create and manage planning for business expansion.
  • Overseeing activities and performance of ITN sales team in each region.
  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.

Persyaratan


  • Min. bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, Commerce or other related fields.
  • 5+ years experience in related fields.
  • Excel in analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Have a great communication & negotiation skills.
  • Willing to travel to our working area.
